Franklin County girls basketball travels to Spartan Bowl Friday night to take on Connersville in an Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference rivalry game. The Lady Wildcats have yet to defeat a conference foe, and the Lady Spartans only have one conference win, so this matchup is big in terms of conference standings.Â
When comparing season records, FC has a 6-12 record while CHS has a record of 5-7. Franklin County playing more games means it has had more experience this season. Last year, the Wildcats defeated the Spartans 43-36, however, Connersville has greatly improved from its previous season.Â
