About to hit the road

A group of volunteers for the annual Point-in-Time count stopped in for breakfast at Soldier in the Army of the Lord before heading out to do their shift in the survey.

Wednesday, teams of volunteers braved the snowstorm that ultimately became a slush-storm to take part in the annual Point-in-Time (PIT) count.

Jessica Burton, Fayette County Drug Coalition President, and Crisis Manager at Meridian Health was one of the people who volunteered for the PIT. Burton explained the importance of the PIT count.
