Amy L. Reisinger-Hunter, 46, 736 Lee St., was arrested Thursday by Fayette County Jail Officer Tammy Wheeler on a warrant charge of forgery. Reisinger-Hunter was lodged in FCJ in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Jeremy D. Kelley Jr., 18, 601 W. County Road 175-S. Lot 31, was arrested Thursday by Connersville Police Officer Kyle Miller on charges of carrying an unlawful handgun, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Kelley was lodged in FCJ in lieu of $7,500 bond.


Donald E. Conner, 1202 West 8th St., reported Friday two people wearing masks drove by in a van and shot a slingshot at his residence, CPD Officer Josh Durstine said.

CPD reported  one vehicle identification number check and one citizen assist Friday.

Walmart, 4200 Western Ave., reported Thursday a man took a Nintendo controlled valued at $244.79 without paying, CPD Officer Marc Koons said.

Margaret Buckles, Retford, England, reported Thursday she had been asked to send money to Walmart to be picked up, CPD Detective Craig Pennington said.

CPD reported one verbal argument, three citizen assists, one case of harassment and one VIN check and FCSD reported one animal issue Thursday.

Connersville Fire Department responded Friday to a medical call in the 1800 block of Ohio Avenue

CFD responded Thursday to medical calls in the 2100 block of Fayette Street and the 2800 block of Grand Avenue.
