Catey Wells helps prepare meals for members of law enforcement at Central Church on Friday. To honor those men and women, the Fayette County 2A Group provided meals all day. Prayers were offered each hour for the officers, first-responders, and the nation. Officers, both on duty and off, took advantage of the kindness. One patrolman, in the midst of his meal during the morning, received a call and was forced to leave. Wells and those assisting her said they expected a large crowd throughout the day.
