Domestic battery, theft: Jonathon Snider, 30, 3404 Virginia Ave., pleaded guilty to both counts. Sentenced on Count I to one year, suspended and placed on probation. Assessed $185 court costs. Sentence concurrent to Cause 21D01-1905-F6-324. Sentenced consecutively on Count II to 18 months at the Indiana Department of Correction, to be served on work release through Fayette County Community Corrections. Assessed $185 court costs.
