The Roberts Park Pickleball group was represented at the recent Middletown, Ohio Pickleball Association 12th Annual Senior Tournament. Almost 300 pickleball players from nine states traveled to the newly renovated state-of-the art courts to participate.

Connersville player David Frost placed second in 3.0 Men’s Singles competition, with Liberty resident Jeff Cowgill placing first in the same group. The next day they paired in the 3.0 Men’s Doubles competition and received silver medals out of 13 teams participating.

The Roberts Park Pickleball group plays weekdays starting at 9 a.m., weather permitting, at the park, 2900 Park Road. Newcomers are always welcome, and loaner paddles are available for beginners.
