Operating a motor vehicle never receiving a license with prior conviction: Natasha McHugh, 24, 605 W. 10th St., pleaded guilty and sentenced to one year in the Fayette County Jail, suspended and placed on probation. Assessed $185.50 court costs; $75 initial and $15 monthly probation user fee.

Criminal mischief: Aaron Wilson, 29, 2901 Park Ave., pleaded guilty and sentenced to six months at FCJ. Assessed $185.50 court costs.

Theft, theft: Tiffany Runtz, 34, 1467 E. 5th St., pleaded guilty to Count I and sentenced to one year in FCJ, suspended and placed on probation. Assessed $185 court costs; $75 initial and $15 monthly probation user fee. Ordered to pay restitution to victim. Count II dismissed.

Operating a vehicle with .15 or greater blood alcohol level with a prior conviction: Shane Dubey, 28, 2380 S. County Road 160-W., pleaded guilty and sentenced to two years at the Indiana Department of Correction, to serve six months through Community Service, balance suspended and placed on probation. Assessed $385.50 court costs; $125 initial and $15 monthly probation user fee. Ordered to submit to substance abuse evaluation and complete all counseling and classes recommended; driving privileges suspended 180 days.

Battery, probation violation: Marvin R. Gallimore, 53, 1006 Beech St., pleaded guilty to Count I and sentenced to six months at FCJ, suspended and placed on probation. Assessed $185 court costs; $75 initial and $15 monthly probation user fee. Ordered no contact with victim. Admitted violation on Count II and ordered to serve 18 months of previously suspended sentence. Probation terminated.

Theft, probation violation: John D. Curtsinger, 24, 2223 Iowa Ave., pleaded guilty to Count I and sentenced to two years at IDOC, suspended and placed on probation. Assessed $185.50 court costs; $125 initial and $15 monthly probation user fee. Ordered to reimburse victim, banned from Dollar General Stores; submit to evaluation, counseling and classes; obtain a valid license. Count II dismissed.

Resisting law enforcement, reckless driving: Johnnie Hammonds, 29, Laurel, pleaded guilty to Count II and sentenced to 14 days in FCJ. Assessed $185.50 court costs. Count I dismissed.

Operating a vehicle with .15 or greater blood alcohol level, operating a vehicle while intoxicated: Brittany Gabbard, 21, 977 S. County Road 200-E., pleaded guilty to Count I and sentenced to one year in FCJ, suspended and placed on probation. Assessed $385.50 court costs; $75 initial and $15 monthly probation user fee. Ordered 180 days specialized license; submit to substance abuse evaluation and comply with all recommendations. Count II dismissed.

Driving while suspended, jacklighting from a vehicle: Cody A. Tressler, 32, 1224 W. 12th St., pleaded guilty to Count I to one year in FCJ, suspended and placed on probation. Assessed $185.50 court costs; $75 initial and $15 monthly probation user fee. Ordered to pay Department of Natural Resources; obtain valid license. Count II dismissed.

Jacklighting from a vehicle: Mark A. McDaniel, 30, 1324 E. County Road 425-S., pleaded guilty and assessed $185.50 court costs. Ordered to pay $500 to DNR.

Driving while suspended: Breanna Adams, 22, 1212 W. 12th St., pleaded guilty and sentenced to one year in FCJ, suspended and placed on probation. Assessed $185.50 court costs; $75 initial and $15 monthly probation user fee. Ordered to complete Thinking for a Change class.

Battery: Dillon C. Bell, 23, 512 W. 10th St., pleaded guilty and sentenced to one year in FCJ, suspended and placed on probation. Assessed $185 court costs; $75 initial and $15 monthly probation user fee; Ordered to complete counsel and anger management classes.

Theft: Crystal Gerber, 41, Liberty, pleaded guilty and sentenced to two years at IDOC, suspended and placed on probation. Assessed $185 court costs; $125 initial and $15 monthly probation user fee. Ordered to pay restitution to victim; banned from Family Dollar Store; complete Thinking for a Change class.
