Arrests

Michael B. Krueger, 33, 3577 Starlight Drive, was arrested Tuesday at the Wayne County Correctional Center, Richmond, by Fayette County Sheriff’s Department Transportation Officer Ryan Young on warrant charges of theft, defrauding a financial institution and failure to appear. Krueger was lodged in the Fayette County Jail with no bond amount listed.

Mickey J. Harris, 53, 3600 Western Ave. Apt. 104A, was arrested Monday at 3600 Western Ave. by Connersville Police Officer Kyle Miller on charges of resisting law enforcement and public intoxication. Harris was lodged in FCJ with no bond amount listed.

Blotter

CPD reported one case of harassment and four citizen assists Tuesday.

CPD Officer Miller reported Monday being dispatched to Turtle Creek Apartments for a harassment call but while in the lobby, an intoxicated resident began threatening the apartment manager. The subject, Mickey J. Harris, was subdued with the help of Officer Josh Tudor and taken to FCJ. Tudor reported earlier being called to the apartment complex because Harris had fallen and allegedly took a swing at the manager who tried to help him back to his apartment.

Brayden McQueen and his mother Amber, 3206 Beeson Ave., reported Monday his Huffy BMX bicycle was stolen from their yard, Miller said.

CPD reported one overdose, one welfare check, four citizen assists, two vehicle identification number checks, two cases of harassment, two agency assists Monday.

Fire runs

Connersville Fire Department responded Tuesday to medical calls in the 1400 block of East 5th Street, 600 block of Northside Court and the 700 block of South Fountain Street and to fire hydrant being struck at Western Avenue and 20th Street.

CFD responded Monday to medical calls in the 600 block of West 3rd Street and the 3000 block of Western Avenue and to a rubbish fire in the 4300 block of Western Avenue.

Bentonville and Everton volunteer fire departments responded Monday to a structure fire in the 1000 block of East County Road 175-N.
