Individuals listed in the arrest logs are considered innocent until proven guilty. The preliminary charges and bonds may be changed when a case goes to court.

Arrests

Jimmy Joe Tomlin, 47, of 2044 Virginia Ave., was arrested at 2915 Virginia Ave. on a warrant for dealing in methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance at 3:28 p.m. Tuesday, said Connersville Police Dept. officer Brad Rosser.

Shane lee. Dubey, 28, of 2380 S. Co. Road 160 W, was arrested at 1:14 a.m. Tuesday at a convenience store and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated per se (.15 and above), and was lodged in Fayette County Jail with $7,500 bond.

Austin Matthew Davis, 30, of 8409 W. Co. Road 400 W., Glenwood, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant for battery, strangulation, criminal confinement and intimidation, said Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputy Dan Becker.

Michael Anthony David, 36, of 840 W. Co. Road 950 N, Springport, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. Tuesday and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Kaitlynn Nichole Hudson, 18, of 1899 W. Country Club Road, was arrested at 7:02 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of domestic battery, said Koons.

Everett W. Arvin, 39, of 115 E. 12th St., was arrested at 5:19 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond was $7,500.

Blotter

Mainor Gabriel, 619 W. 10th St. Apt. 1, reported that his residence had been forcibly entered Tuesday between 6:15 a.m. and 4 p.m Items taken included three laptop computers, an Amazon Fire tablet, a microphone, cash and coins. The door jamb to the residence showed pry marks, CPD officer Marc Koons said.

CPD officer John Tudor said he responded to a suspicious person call at 2:26 p.m. Tuesday and found a man sleeping in a car, along with a small amount of marijuana. The man admitted to having the marijuana. Tudor destroyed it and the man took a taxi to Brownsville.

Melissa Thompson of 3600 Western Ave. reported that her car had been hit while parked at Turtle Creek Apartments by what she described as a white Hyundai Santa Fe, Tudor said. Thompson’s car had damage to the rear bumper.

CPD reported  wo cases of harassment and one threat Tuesday. 

EMS runs

Fayette County Emergency Medical Services responded Saturday to calls in the 200 block of South County Road 200 East, West 30th Street and Western Avenue.

EMS responded Friday to calls in the 700 block of Scott Street, 900 block of West Mount Street, 1100 block of East 5th Street, 5700 block of West State Road 44, 300 block of North Drive, 2600 block of Grand Avenue, 400 block of West 17th Street and 1200 block of North Eastern Avenue.

EMS responded Thursday, Nov. 29 to calls in the 2700 block of Virginia Avenue, 1000 block of Ranch Road, 700 block of Ranch Road, 1000 block of East 5th Street, 2600 block of Grand Avenue, 1400 block of Martin Street and 3000 block of Central Avenue.

EMS responded Wednesday, Nov. 28 to calls in the 200 block of South County Road 200 East, 1200 block of West 11th Street, 1800 block of West Williams Road, 600 block of North County Road 325 East, 200 block of Virginia Avenue, 100 block of South Villa Drive, 200 block of Webber Lane, 2800 block of Ohio Avenue, 1000 block of East 5th Street, 200 block of South County Road 200 East, 800 block of Eastern Avenue, 2800 block of Indiana Avenue and 2300 block of Iowa Avenue.

EMS responded Tuesday, Nov. 27 to calls in the 600 block of Lee Street, 2500 block of Iowa Avenue, 300 block of West 16th Street, 800 block of West County Road 175 South, 2900 block of Ohio Avenue, State Road 121 and Veterans Memorial, 600 block of Marion Street and 1000 block of Illinois Avenue.

EMS responded Monday, Nov. 26 to calls in the 4000 block of Newman Lake Road, 2400 block of Flint Drive, 800 block of Eastern Avenue, 1200 block of Illinois Avenue, 30th Street and Western Avenue and 400 block of South Fountain Street.

EMS responded Sunday, Nov. 24 to calls in the 400 block of Central Avenue, 1500 block of West 6th Street, 500 block of West 30th Street, 400 block of Sunset Avenue and 600 block of Northside Court.
