Individuals listed in the arrest logs are considered innocent until proven guilty. The preliminary charges and bonds may be changed when a case goes to court.

Arrests

Joseph B. Vestal, 27, 1000 W. 21st St., was arrested Wednesday at the Fayette County Government Center by Connersville Police Officer Josh Durstine on a warrant charge. Vestal was lodged in the Fayette County Jail in lieu of $7,500 bond.

Tabitha I. Kelley, 19, 1212 W. 12th St. Lot 29, was arrested Tuesday at FCJ by Jail Officer Jo-ann Coyle on warrant charges of bond revocation and trafficking with an inmate. Kelley was lodged in FCJ with no bond amount listed.

Brandon M. Watson, 35, 6634 Johnson School Road, was arrested Tuesday at 1503 Virginia Ave. by Fayette County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Kyle McMurry on three warrant charges. Watson was lodged in FCJ with no bond.

Blotter

CPD reported one alarm response and one citizen assist Wednesday.

Dustin J. Price, 908 Ranch Road, reported Tuesday a Ruger 9-mm handgun  had been stolen from 407 W. 27th St. in the past 17 days, CPD Officer Scott Phillips said.

Vaughn Townsend, 821 W. Western Ave., reported Tuesday his television, DVD and Tracfone were stolen from his residence. In a separate incident, Townsend reported a woman took his gray Mongoose bicycle, CPD Officer Craig Hamilton said.

CPD reported five citizen assists, one medical call, two verbal arguments, one threat, one welfare check Tuesday.

Fire runs

Connersville Fire Department responded Wednesday to a medical call in the 1200 block of Illinois Avenue.

Bentonville Volunteer Fire Department responded to a vehicle accident on Indiana 1 in southern Wayne County and to a medical call in the 1000 block of West 21st Street.

CFD responded Tuesday to medical calls in the 1500 block of Eastern Avenue, 600 block of West 32nd Street, 3500 block of Grand Avenue and the 100 block of Fiant Street.
