Theft, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia: Matthew R. McQueen, 37, no address provided, pleaded guilty to Counts I and II. Sentenced on Count I to one year in the Fayette County Jail, suspended and placed on probation. Assessed $185 court costs; $75 initial and $15 monthly probation user fee. Operating a vehicle with .08 or greater blood alcohol level, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction: Tina Black, 57, Lawrenceburg, pleaded guilty to Count I and sentenced to two years at IDOC, to serve six months, balance suspended and placed on probation. Assessed $385.50 court costs; $125 initial and $15 monthly probation user fee. Ordered to submit to substance abuse evaluation and successfully complete all recommended counseling; 90 days suspended. Count II dismissed.
