Accidents

An Oldsmobile Cutlass driven by Curtis Eldridge Jr., 217 East 3rd St., and a Ford Mustang driven by Jamie D. Hamm, 317 S. Gray Road were involved in an accident Tuesday in the 600 block of West 3rd Street, Connersville Police Officer Dean Rowland said.

Arrests

David W. Hall, 55, 121 East 4th St., was arrested Wednesday at 119 East 4th St. by CPD Officer Josh Durstine on charges of possession of a narcotic drug, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance. Hall was lodged in the Fayette County Jail in lieu of $45,000 bond.

Drew G. Shonkwiler, 21, 620 Ranch Road, was arrested Wednesday at 807 Eastern Ave. Apt. 1 by Durstine on charges of possession of a syringe, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Shonkwiler was lodged in FCJ with no bond amount listed.

Misha R. Mains, 38, Hamilton, Ohio, was arrested Wednesday at 807 Eastern Ave. Apt. 1, by Durstine on charges of possession of a syringe, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Mains was lodged in FCJ with no bond amount listed.

Shaina R. Newsome, 28, 1508 Vermont Ave., was arrested Wednesday at 807 Eastern Ave. by Durstine on charges of possession of a syringe, possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Newsome was lodged in FCJ with no bond amount listed.

Dirk S. King, 52, 6425 W. County Road 300-N., was arrested Wednesday in Fayette Superior Court on warrant charges of domestic battery and disorderly conduct. King was lodged in FCJ with no bond amount listed.

Skyla Ammerman, 23, Cambridge City, was arrested Tuesday at 2813 Ohio Ave. by CPD Officer Josh Tudor on a charge of disorderly conduct. Ammerman was lodged in FCJ with no bond amount listed.

Blotter

CPD reported one juvenile issue and one case of harassment Wednesday.

Employees at Taco Bell, 2140 Park Road, reported Tuesday receiving a counterfeit $20 bill, CPD Officer Kyle Miller said.

Bob Ward, 3103 Richmond Ave., reported Tuesday a large amount of change had been taken from a bedroom, CPD Sgt. Brad Rockwell said.

CPD reported five citizen assists, one case of harassment, one verbal argument, one animal issue, three juvenile issues, two agency assists, three welfare checks and one threat Tuesday.

Fire runs

Connersville Fire Department responded Wednesday to a vehicle accident at Park Road and 30th Street.

CFD responded Tuesday to medical calls in the 300 block of West 27th Street and the 100 block of South Fountain Street.
