What do you do when you really (and I do mean really) want to throw gasoline on a massive fire that is already blazing? There was a time when I got thrown into a situation that caused me much angst, frustration, and irritation. I am being honest – it caused me much anger (not one of my best moments – but it is the gruesome truth).
Here’s the real deal: I desperately wanted to spew words, defend my position, yell, be aggressive, and go back and forth in a battle of words. Since I am being honest, I desperately wanted the other person to “pay” for what they had done!!! I wanted my voice heard, my frustration validated, my anger vindicated, and everyone to agree with MY opinion! UGH!!! I wanted all of those things – and more!!!
